It's amazing how the things you need in life seem to come falling onto your path at exactly the right time, even when you didn't even know they were necessary until you found them. That was this book for me. I must have opened myself up to the universal consciousness or something, because there is really no other way to explain how I came across this fantastic work. Whatever the reason for its introduction to me, I can honestly say that I have never read such a simple yet complicated text in my life (or is it complicated yet simple?). Anyone looking to expand consciousness, raise the frequency, and increase the vibration needs to check this out. It seems to be a great introduction to a whole new way of living yet can also assist in the plot and ending of our time on Earth as well. Whatever point in the journey you and your meat suit are on, you will get something out of this if your mind is open and ready.

I have read dozens of such books over the last few decades and Aage covers much of what I read plus many new tidbits of information. Whether you believe what is presented or not one thing is for sure, the world would be a much better place practicing what he says! It is a very interesting read and I have many takeaways I plan to incorporate in my day to day routine.

I absolutely love this book. I finished it in a week and started on it again. Aage Nost has a beautiful outlook on our world and I recommend everyone order a copy of this book for everyone in your family. It is time to come together and remove the reptilian from control. They don't want us to know the power we have that is why they keep us distracted with games, phones, sports and even porn. When we are divided we don't have a chance but together we are more powerful than words can explain. Read this book for your children so we can start teaching them the right way and things that really matter.

Life changing book of knowledge. I’m so grateful to Aage Nost for having the courage and determination to write this book, regardless of the lack of editing for the English language (which is not his first language). This book is invaluable. $25 is nada in comparison. Buy the book. Read it & reread it. Keep an open mind and heart. It will lead you to places you never thought and let you know you’re not alone on this journey. Light & love to you all.

I'm halfway through the book - started yesterday. I'm on a new spiritual awakening journey - or some might call it a midlife crisis. Haha. As noted in some other reviews, look past the writing style, spelling, punctuation, etc. and take in the content. The author explains life as it should be - SIMPLE. I'm already recommending the book to others bc I believe the secrets to a simple and enjoyable life are within the pages of this book. Well, I have to get back and finish the other half. 🙂

This is a very good distillation of concepts you can find in other books, like The Kybalion and The Physics of Consciousness. Aage writes in his own style, which is nice, but he repeats a TON of information that definitely comes from other sources, no question about it. Still, I found it truthful on a metaphysical level. Worth a read.

There are definitely some grammar issues but who cares, the information contained within is so valuable and enlightening that it’s worth figuring out what the author meant to say, as we all know autocorrect sometimes sucks. Thank you Aage Nost for sharing these Universal Truths and Spiritual Insights that can change your life, if you let them! I’m glad I disregarded the negative comments about the typos and grammar issues in the reviews! I feel blessed to have this book in my hands... definitely a must read if you are on or wanting to go up the spiritual path.

Very interesting book. True, itcould have used better editing as there are many grammar and typo errors and the author uses English as his second language. But, overall I was very impressed by all the information. The book provides a lot of food for thought and after watching the author's documentory video that mentioned the book on Prime video, I had to buy a copy. My son is a theoretical physist and an atheist, I think I'll give him a copy to see his reaction.

Who want to undestand the truth, should read this book and save years of reasearch. Who already knows the truth,will understand how it works. The best book I ever read,"a book like no other"!

The most amazing, eye opening , life changing book of history. Deff recommend if you are wanting to learn and dive deeper into your conciousness and what we as humain’’s are capable of achieving. Thank you

This is a wonderful book to read. Full of esoteric wisdom and written with love. Aage's Norwegian accent can be heard clearly as you read the book with his very individual, personable and direct style of writing. After reading many thousands of New Age books over the last 50 years, I was able to say I got something new from Aage's ideas. The book left me with a very light and joyful feeling, after I hadn't put it down for 2 days and nights. He doesn't try to sell you anything, as the concepts from this book are freely available on Aage's YouTube videos and radio broadcasts, but I decided to order the book anyway, as I love the feel of the printed word in my hands. I am very glad I did so, and I highly recommend this genuine gentleman to anyone who wants a neatly packaged summary of answers to all the great questions of the Universe, Life and Love. It is so refreshing to have the teaching from someone who freely wants to share with the world to help make it a better place. A steal at the price for a book you will read over and over again.

1 of the claims in this book is that it will correct my vision if I read it without my reading glasses. I struggled and squinted for a while but I have to admit I'm half way through and can almost read it as well as I could with my reading glasses on, I think I will read it again a few times because it appears to be working. There's a lot of interesting facts, theories, information and things to think about in the book. I 1st heard of this man on his film on Netflix, if you like the book it's worth looking for the film (doc.).
