Works good in Toyota close tolerances 5 speeds.
Toyota said to use 80/90 wt oil in their 2009 Toyota 5 speed manual. That was a horrible mistake. It would hardly shift. You see 2009 5 speeds used basically automatic transmission fluid. Due to very close tolerances. After 3 different oils. This redline works fantastic. It was less expensive than Toyota oil also.

The BEST Lexus GX460 (J150) Transfer Case Gear Oil.
I have a 2017 Lexus GX460 with the lockable Torsen center differential. Fluid capacity is 1.6qts. Both bottles arrived with the foil seal on the mouth intact and no leakage. I had the fluid changed at 110k miles by the dealer and they used the same 75w-80 Lexus/Toyota Gear oil as the front and read differential. I'm in South Texas and it was generally fine. but the transmission began shifting with a few more clunks. I lubed all 6 zerk fittings with Mobil XHP322 Mine and that helped a little, but maybe reduced clunking by 40%. it was still obviously there. Locking the center diff or switching between 4-HI and 4-LO were slow, clunky, and inconsistent. Sometimes took 5 seconds...sometimes 15 seconds. Never less than 5 "Mississippi's". First, I switched to Redline MTL (75w-80 fluid weight) and it was better, but still a little clunky and I could still feel a little stiction in the center differential (it was def unlocked) during U-turns. More drag in the Helical Center Diff. Makes sense. But overall smoother than the Toyota gear oil by an obvious margin. I drove about 300 miles with that and wanted to change it again for two reasons at 132k miles. One, the Toyota gear oil from 110k miles still looked pretty dirty coming out and I was fairly sure the Redline MTL would carry the rest of that dirt away. Second, I wanted to put a magnetic GoldPlug drain plug in the drain port (The OEM plugs were non magnetic; disappointing). Third, I wanted to try MT-LV. Bottom Line: MT-LV is --THE ANSWER-- if you own a Lexus GX460. End of paragraph. Stop looking. It's only about 18% thicker than the absurd, $90/qt Toyota/Lexus 75w Gear oil in a tin can. But it's also a mix of Group V Ester base oils and maybe some PAO (but it mostly Ester) and it's GL-4 rated (it won't erode yellow metals like copper or bronze like GL-V gear oils). It's a vastly more robust oil than the OEM 75w oil and it's also much better suited to longer drain intervals (I will still be changing at normal intervals). There is no downside. Just don't over-torque the drain and fill plugs in the ALUMINUM transfer case body. 27ft-lbs. Use a torque wrench. It's not a lot. You could easily over-do it with a 3/8" ratchet, much less a longer-handled 1/2". ALWAYS replace the M18 aluminum crush washers. Just do it. Don't be cheap. I was able to immediately FEEL the reduced drag as I drove. Especially coasting and at highway speeds. Locking the Center Diff and switching from 4-Hi to 4-Lo has never been faster, more consistent, or smoother. Transition times are now consistently between 1 and 2 seconds. Never longer. Engagements are nearly instant and smooth. YES PLEASE. And this at 97F ambient. The difference at 40F or colder has to be just massive.

Highly recommended
Best OEM alternative (in my opinion). High quality, high performance oil!

Hard to find, not cheap well worth it!
Red line is the only ones, that on their website, they state their product, this product, works properly for the Hyundai 7 speed DCT. I haven't had the time to try it yet. 2/8/26 I drained for about 1/2 hour the old Hyundai fluid out of the lower bolt then replaced it on the transmission and put in 2.1 quarts, just so a just a little seeped out, of the side check/fill hole my 2021 Kona Limited with 38,000 miles replaced. And it works superb now it shifts like it should, like my wifes 2020 Kona Ultimate 24,000 miles, smooth and firm. I am quite relieved and happy so far.

GOOD Match to OEM.
Easy to use bottle to stick a pump and hose one directly from the bottle and diff. Great replacement and markings to match OEM. Better price than OEM and has the same requirements. Good size and versatility for multiple vehicles.

The Best MT Fluid
The best of the best. This Manual Transmission fluid that the service manual calls for on my 2013 Scion TC is the only one that meets or exceeds manufacturer specifications. I have used other brands and they always make it hard to shift after a cold start. With this fluid even in a cold start the transmission feels smooth as butter and makes it harder to miss-shift. I have been using this on my car for the past 5 years and have had no issues.

Not cheap but well worth it, had transmission oil changed on my manual 2011 Corolla at my local Shop , they put in GL5 as recommended by Toyota dealership, after change vehicle was shifting rough into third especially when it was cold, got the shop to put this stuff in, shifts like a dream now, very smooth, shifts even better than before, definetly recommend this stuff.

Meets OEM spec
Meets OEM toyota transfer case oil at a fraction of OEM toyota oil. My tundra shifts in and out of 4x4 without issue.
