I have used many brands of melatonin before and they have all worked for me with efficacy far better than this one. So I doubt if they are selling "real melatonin" or only some fake product named "Melatonin" or may be their product is sub standard and hence not as efficient. Will never buy again.

this product is good, always have it 30 mins before sleep, and do not try to overcome it, and always drink 1 glass of water 250ml. it is not an addictive. but satisfiying.

This product help me during the good sleep. I went into the dream as well I usually eat this pill with the help of milk. I don't found any side effect.Usually during a period of sleep i went into good dream. It relax my mind.
