I have been taking these supplements about 4 years and when I have a lapse of more than a couple weeks I do notice more joint pain.To keep cost down and make my bottle last longer I take 1 less pill per recommendation. I take 4 per day.Do take after eating so you don’t feel nauseous.

This caused male breast development. Most likely this is due to the compound 'Quercetin', which is one of the compounds in this product. I regret spending so much of my hard earned money on this product.
