They taste gross, but they definitely work! my ultimate hangover cure, one of these with an orange vitamin c tablet helps wake you up and feel energised. Personally i take them with a stanley bottle amount of water as the taste reminds me of watered down ice cream but to each their own. Great value compared to others

These taste lovely

The fact that it was taken in a glass of water ensured hydration but the jury is still out on whether there was actually anything in the tablet because the taste was nothing like strawberry and was strongly of artificial sweeeteners which I detest. However, in the hope that it might so some good I am continuing to drink it but the over-riding taste of sweetener leaves a most unpleasant dryness in the mouth.

Nice tasting flavour and certainly helps hydration when out doing activities in the Summer. I've found that I definitely do not need to drink as much water when I am using ORS Hydration tablets but still getting sufficiently hydrated.
