Cromapol White Acrylic One Coat Roof Sealant Paint 4 x 5Kg

Our house flat roof (60 sqm) plus a double garage (30 sqm) had to be waterproofed. I tried Black Jack, Roofix, and Evercryl (from Toolstation) as well as Cromapol, all applied by brush.Cromapol was the best overall with excellent adhesion even when applied over small stone chippings on the garage roof, you need a double coat for that.I used white throughout in order to reduce summer heat in the house and garage.I don't know how long this application will last, but it is STILL much much cheaper than the £10,000 + I was quoted by roofers even if I have to do it every 4-5 years !
