The quality of the picture was good. I gave it four stars due to some of the pieces being curved and breaking in order to fit properly. However I did really appreciate that it came with letters on the backside of the puzzle that lined up which helped ensure the pieces were correct when it came to areas of the same color

The picture came out great. The quality of the pieces are great. Only complaint is that all the pieces are the same. It was difficult to put together. If it wasn't for the letters on the back it would have taken us longer to put together. Most of the puzzle was put together upside down.

Wow! I wasn't expecting such high quality.This isn't a "family" puzzle. If you're looking for an easy puzzle you can put together in a day or two, you won't want this. Because all the pieces are the same shape, it makes it more challenging, but the lettered backing gives you an easy way to verify whether a piece belongs where you put it. Also, the pieces fit together very tightly.Since you can pick your own picture, you can create any beautiful or personal puzzle. I get my pictures off the Internet and will soon have the perfect collection. I'll never buy another cheap puzzle with a limited selection.In a nutshell: one source, highest quality, challenging, and unlimited selection of scenes (from your pictures or off the Internet).

I didn't expect much for a personalized puzzle for under $20 but it was so well-made. The puzzle pieces are wood and sturdy. The picture quality was outstanding. It even came with a poster size picture of the puzzle. I bought this for my 10 year old nephew for his birthday and it was a big hit! I'd definitely order more in the future.

The puzzle turned up 1 week before it said it would, so with that opened it up and had a strange smell in it. None of the pieces looked like they fitted each other. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

As other have said. It's wood so good quality and sturdy. My issue is that several of the pieces are not cut all the way through and when trying to separate, the bits splinter. Some bits so poorly cut they can't be separated at all. Shame

Bought this puzzle as a Christmas present for a relative. Picture was printed well, but .... all the pieces are the same shape which means some fit where they don't belong. At the end a couple of pieces were missing. Bit embarrassing as it was a gift and now outside of any return window. Will look elsewhere in future.
