It feels like it is working but I have only had it a few days. But I can tell you it is durable and my jaw feels like it is getting a workout after only a few minutes. I will update in a month to show benefits.

So I’m a boxer and we strengthen our neck and jaw muscles to take punches better and lower our chances of getting knocked out. I’ve worked out my jaw muscles before with a small towel and kettlebells, but boy was this product tough! I’ve seen advertisements for products like these and seeing how simple to use and easy to carry it was , I decided to buy it. Suggested use is 5-10 minutes a day so I figured it couldn’t be that bad ( I bought the beginner one, 40lbs). Within the first minute I could feel how sore my jaw was getting and I was shocked. I couldn’t believe how challenging this actually was. 10 minutes seemed impossible but I did them in sets with a timer set. First set I went for as long as I could which was about 2:30 minutes so then I would pause the 10 minute timer, take a minute and 30 second break and would repeat that process until 10 minutes was up. I already love this thing and am looking forward to seeing my results after one month! For anyone who hasn’t trained their jaw before, I’d recommend aiming for 5 minutes a day and then once that becomes easier for you I’d recommend you going up to 10 minutes a day. For anyone curious on my routine, I’ll be doing this 2-3 times a week to give my jaw muscles plenty of recovery time until the next workout.

I ordered this product to help work out my facial muscles. I have been using the product for 5 days now and the product definately will work out your jaw muscles.The first days will present some fatigue and soreness following the workouts but will subside as you continue to use the product.

The jaw exerciser were smaller than I imagined which made them even more pleasant to use as a first time user. I have read about other jaw exercisers that the force of vote has to be quite strong for them to give and for those that haven’t exercised their jaw muscles much, it would be a hard item to start with. I haven’t used it much yet, but I’m looking forward to see results with it and also upgrade to the bigger size.

Amazing product very content with it, it lasted 3 months for me, it really depends on your teeth, the sharper the less time it will last. I just bought this product and was impressed by early results. However, after merely 4 days, it has already been bit through. Tore right down the center. I didnt feel like I was overdoing it, and i bought the higher grade one because of jaw clenching problems, but to only last 4 days will not do. I will be contacting the company about it, but this remains 1 star until it is resolved.

I bought the blue ones and was sent the green ones. When I contacted them through Amazon, they responded right away. The company immediately sent me the proper ones.A week later, the blue ones are withstanding my chewing, and I definitely feel it when I exercise too long. I feel like I got exactly what I paid for, AND they are a great company.

As a denture wearer these are the ones you want. They work very well because the pressure is even on both sides. I first tried the ones that fit only between your front teeth and my dentures were not stable enough and I was afraid of the possibility of breaking the upper denture it rocked so bad. These are placed on both sides back between your molars and work much better for me.
