Not the best for serious metal cutting
It does ok surface grinding but not so much at cutting steel ,I may have chose wrong type for the job but it looks like the ones I normally use ,it simply doesn't perform that way at all.if your doing some cutoff work this is not the one you need.

Well made and long lasting
I purchased these discs to use with a lawn mower blade sharpener. I go through a disc about every 10 blades, depending on how much has to be ground off. They take more off that a regular grinding disc and leave a smooth consistent cut.
