I purchased this flour because I had heard about the benefits of heritage wheat grains. I’m new to bread making, but have eaten many homemade whole wheat breads baked by others. My main complaint about whole wheat bread is that it can be dry and sometimes kind of bitter. I made several fluffy, delicious loaves of bread with this whole wheat flour! The texture is not too dense or dry, the flavor is sweet, and I love that it’s organic and non-GMO. It is expensive, but unlike a lot of overpriced health foods this actually a quality product that tastes really good. I will be buying this again!

Nice and trustworthy product. I was used regular wheatfloor for making chapati- indian style bread. I was having staple food in my home country as wheat. But the wheat floor here I got from local stores was questionable. I was getting bloating and discomfort. I was feeling shame in front of other people. Then I realize let me try some other product with organic feature and more local business. Then I ordered small pack of this to see improvement. I feel better after trying this product. Its geninue product and I love that it's made few days back and not have long storage in store. Amazing quality of product!

Love this flour! Of course I’ve used it for baking but I recently used it to recover a sour dough discard to sour dough starter. It was the first time I used and was pretty happy with how well it performed. I will order again.

The media could not be loaded. Wow, it's wonderful. You don't need to add anything to the flour. It's very soft, super rich, delicious. I made some empanadas and they turned out nice. The dough has small pieces of wheat and of course it's mixed with a little bit of normal flour, but it's super good.

The flour is excellent for baking healthy bread!! I highly recommend this flour!!
