NEO Universal Travel Charger/Adapter - Ultralight and Compact!

I took this adapter overseas on a business trip and had the chance to use it in several countries on two continents. The idea and form-factor was good, but the excitement ended there. The two main plastic parts do not have enough tension or friction to stay together on their own and start inching apart with the slightest movement on the cord of the item plugged into it.This exposes two live electrical leads until it comes completely apart and falls to the floor. Also the small tabs that squeeze together to change the spacing of the round plugs continuously have to be replaced back into position from actually falling off the unit; I'm sure they will be lost eventually. Pieces coming apart and falling off the unit (when brand new) in less than a month- this especially shouldn't happen with an electrical part, it could be very dangerous, possibly fatal! Seller was contacted- no response, so I assume no customer backing is provided. I would look elsewhere for a safe, reputable, adapter of this type.

I've just returned from an Australian, New Zealand trip. It works! I bought one for me and one for spouse and we were very pleased with how easily it packed into our luggage and that out easily charged our devices.

Compact, efficient and worked like a champ in Denmark, Switzerland and Scotland. Easier to pack or carry, I think, than the tempting but bulkier Swiss-army-type alternatives.
