I swear buy this. NO it does not help you lose weight. BUT I took it because I have Gerd. I am now off the OMEPRAZOLE. I take two in the morning and two at night. It actually works better than OMEPRAZOLE or Prilosec. Cheaper too. No prescription.

They taste good! Like green apple, I have been taking them twice a day. The first one I ate an hr later I was having to pull over and use the restroom twice lol. After a week I would say my appetite has decreased and I was making some progress on my weight (a long with a low calorie diet).

I was really hoping these gummies would mask the ACV flavor while doing all the other wonderful things I’ve read in other reviews that were mentioned…. However, I have to hold my nose while eating them because they are so ACV tasting and smelling. I haven’t felt any more/less energy or anything else. So, I will finish this bottle (ughhh) and will not order these again.
