TimexWeekender 20mm Nylon Slip-Thru Strap

I have had the watch and THIS band for a month now. I purchased the plain black band to replace a horrid plaid band the watch originally possessed. I am not sure if the band is the same as those that come with the watches, but the price, color and fit was perfect! (I don't recall the band of a diff Weekender having this issue.) The double D ring on the band is perfect, as I tuck the extra band length back into the outer ring. Nice and tidy like.The ONLY reason I gave it a three star rating is because at least twice a week - OR when I simply can't stand it anymore I take a lighter/flame to the band to singe the tufts of nylon material that develop at the unused watch band holes. (Yup, I push down the singed material before it cools.) I would normally wear a watch 24/7, but I can't with this band. The tufts that develop rub against everything. I have tried to minimize this 'rubbing' against things by changing the direction of the band through the watch to switch the buckle direction, but to no avail. It may be a minor thing for someone else, but not I. I'm hopeful that one day I won't have to continue singeing the band.

Bought this as a replacement strap for a Weekender as the holes in the old strap we wearing out. Hated to spend the extra money but figured I'd go original and buy Timex. While the color is exactly the same (blue with grey stripe) and the width is good, the new one is longer. The extra strap has to be tucked in twice where the old one was right on. I put them side by side and the new one is much longer. Just FYI.

This watchband is a good replacement for the one that came with my Timex watch. It is the correct width. It took only a few seconds to install. It is a little bit thinner, but I like the color combination better. I find that it is light, breathes well, and is comfortable to wear. The price is reasonable.

The band is a bit wide for my Weekend Timex but I was able to put it on the watch easily and it works just fine.It is a bit large for my wrist but not so bad that I am unable to wear it. It gives an entirely different look to my watch and having the ability to change watchband easily is a real plus.

The watch band was attractive but it didn't fit my watch. The way this isadvertised makes it difficult to tell which band was in which size. There needs to more consistency in labeling. I knew I need a 16mm band to fit a 31mm watch but still ended up with the wrong size.

This pass-through watch strap is an easily changed colorful accessory. At 20 mm wide, this watch strap nicely passes through my watch pins or my wrist-worn medical alert.At 8 inches long, it is three inches shorter than some 11 inch watch straps sold at Amazon. I find it much too tight on my dominant wrist, but it fits pretty much exactly on my other wrist. (I'm a large male.) It's much easier to use than a watch strap that compels passing the strap through the buckle twice. This has two keeper rings to secure the bitter end after the pin secures the correct hole. The textured nylon is durable and colorful.

This is my third Weekender Replacement Strap Watch Band....not because the other two wore out, but because I like have a variety of color options for the watch strap, with such a classic, clean watch. Let's me mix it up. The straps switch out very easily, and are reasonably comfortable. The only reason they did not get 5 stars from me is because the fabric tends to fray a bit around the holes. But, for the price, they are pretty darn good. Next one will be a bit more colorful. So far I have black, navy, teal. I expect I will get a red one eventually.

Actual colors were way off from what was is shown above. Material is irritating to skin until well broken in. Fabric tends to unweave itslef relatively quicklyMy attempt to extend the life of my inexpensive timex watch by getting the most inexpensive strap (this one) was a poor choice. It seems silly to buy a new leather or higher quality strap that costs almost as much as a new timex watch, but these straps are really poor quality and I ended up buying a better one a few months later anyway.

Bought this to replace an identical strap from a Timex watch that I'd had for at least four years which had faded a bit with washing. Hard wearing, easy to put on, no tools needed. It's not particularly smart but it's a good everyday strap which is practical, won't break and is hand washable.
