These worked well for me. I had injured my knee coming off a ladder and initially diagnosed with a sprain, possible meniscus tear. Opted to try RICE and hold off the MRI. Measure and follow the chart! Fit well, comfortable, went on easy. I only needed one but it is nice to have two so you can hand wash and line dry and still nurse your knee. This, coupled with slowing down on certain movements, ice, elevation and strengthening exercises helped me to heal in about 3-4 weeks. Still not perfect, but this brace gave me the support I needed to get up and down steps, in and out of the car, and walk what is needed for my job with less discomfort than without it. I was able to wear this from 530 in the morning until 6 at night without feeling uncomfortable, tight, or restrictive. Granted my injury was not positively identified by diagnostics, but symptomatically, I had instability, pain, weakness, tightness, swelling. The brace definitely gave me more confidence to push thru the days. Great color choices (if that matters to you), reasonably priced, nice and thick, feels substantial when you pull it on. I would recommend these to others.

I am bone on bone pre-knee replacement surgery. I bought these on a whim. For $25 I didn't think much of it. I have now bought 2 additional pair. In addition to the exercises I'm doing wearing these I can walk 4km. There's still pain but these have made a substantial difference in my stability and balance.There are a few minor issues. I generally wear them for relatively short periods of time. If you have blood circulation issues id consult a Dr. This has nothing to do with this specific product but with how it works which is by compression.You can wear them with long pants but expect some noise when you walk unless the leg is loose fitting. I prefer to wear them with shorts.I believe the size is critical. I used their measurements guide and it was fine but I can imagine many should try different sizes. Too loose won't do anything. Too tight might cause problems.I'm extremely happy I found these. It's made a difference in my life and I really didn't expect that to happen.

Overall I am rather satisfied with this product. I have a torn meniscus and then an undiagnosed issue with my other knee. I bought this double pack to help with pain in both. It works well and makes both knees feel much better during my disc golf rounds.Sizing is pretty true to the chart, I am 6'3" 175 lbs and went with the medium. Fits me well and has good compression on my knees. It is easy to put on and stays in place well.My only con to this product is that it doesn't breath very well in the heat. It is somewhat thick, which is necessary to have proper compression but because of that, it does get hot.

I originally purchased a large size, prior to total knee replacement surgery. After the procedure, I was able to move down to the medium. Both items are well made. They have been very durable - during sports, and work. I had an opportunity to interact with customer support - Laura was a great representative. She was very clear in her communication, pleasant to work with and very prompt. All qualities which are very rare these days in customer service. Fits well with no adjustment issues. Was surprised I could feel a difference right away. Knee pain gone. Able to go up/down stairs no pain. Great for wearing around the house when having knee pain. 4 decades of leg presses and general gym workouts have worn down my knee joints. These sleeves are durable and comfortable so I can wear while working out with the confidence that I can concentrate on my lifts without worrying about joint pain/injury. Make sure to follow the measurement guide before purchasing for a perfect fit. Very good value as there are two sleeves in one package.

I've tried a lot of knee support devices (three braces and tape, to be exact) but the braces were too small for my thighs or, in the case of the bariatric one I tried, slid down and required constant readjusting. The tape never stayed stuck to my skin and didn't feel supportive enough. I bought this on a whim, hoping it would work but not getting my hopes up, but it's perfect! It lasted a 12 hour work day as an EMS worker and offered me plenty of support while moving patients and getting in and out of my rig. It didn't slip once and never felt too restricting while also giving excellent support! If you're like me and have big thighs and need just a bit of extra support this is the product for you!EDIT: gave it less than a week and it seems as if they stretch out or something cause now when I put the brace back on it rolls down. Tried washing and drying on high heat to shrink them again and it kinda worked but I still had consistant issues. My work pants don't roll up because they're the stiff, straight leg uniform type so to fix my brace I have to take my pants off which isn't convenient whatsoever as a first responder. Guess I got my hopes up and spoke too soon...

These are awesome! I bought them because I have a knee that acts up every now and then. I have been able to use this indoor rock climbing, on long walks and I've slept in it before when my knee was throbbing and it worked great and is comfortable. I think it's true to size. I am 5'4 and about 165, I ordered a medium and it works great! I could have gotten a small and it would have had more compression and worked as well. I like that this isn't too tight though. It's great that you get two in one package! Love them!
