Listen! I bought these as an enhancer due to losing my butt when I lost weight. I wore them almost 24/7. Your butt muscles will begin to strengthen after a couple of months. Indidnt even know that! I don't even wear it anymore, and my booty is amazing! Stands up so nicely!They run small. I wear a small normally, am about 115lbs. I had to buy a medium.You want it tight so it begins to lift those booty muscles, but not too tight! If u purchase it too small, your legs may fall off due to no circulation. If it's too loose, you may as well not wear it bc it will make your booty "sag" as it "spills" your butt cheeks over the cut out.

I've always been curious what a product like this actually does lol! Anywhere you look across the internet you will find good & bad reviews so i couldn't really decide to purchase based on what others said. It was one where you just have to find out for yourself. That's what I love about Amazon is how easy it is to return something if it doesn't work out. Why not try it for yourself & see if it does what you want it to do. Ok so for me this product works great! You need to already have some booty cheeks to fill the openings in the back to have this product even work the way it's intended to. I could be wrong lol! I wore these under my black (honeycomb texture, if that makes sense...) leggings & it reinforced the statement, "baby got back!" This product gave me wonderful results! It gives my backside a nice support, enhances what I naturally have without looking fake! Gives a slight lift & makes my assets look juicy lol! They fit comfortably & they are made well. Material is basic undergarment fabric. Solid thick stitching so no unraveling thread. From the front to side and back you can't see any line along the thigh to give away the fact you are wearing some sort of shorts under your pants. I've worn these many times under jeans, black dress pants & various black yoga pants/leggings & every time my booty looks great! I have no complaints! I will be ordering a few more pairs since I've been finding myself wanting to wear them everyday! It doesn't make or break my confidence & I don't find my self esteem determined by this piece of fabric. That is something I work through that has to come from the inside in order for it to radiate on the outside. These are just like a bra for our booty! Just not quite a staple item like a bra or underwear. Some people wear those items every single day & some don't lol! 😊 Just go with whatever makes you happy & comfortable!

***BEWARE***This was super small. It runs about 3 sizes too small. I got a medium which is my normal size. I then returned it at Whole Food, got a return, and three weeks later the company says they never got the package and took the payment back. Lesson learned is to keep all emails, take photos when I return items to the store, hell I will now take a step further and record myself returning the items. I would have hated for this to happen and the item returned was expensive..

While wearing it feels like it is going to slide down. It barely stays up since it sits below my hips, above the buttocks crack. 😆 so I feel it is going to slide as I’m walking. The lift is good. The material is too tight around the thighs as well, when you add clothes over this, the lift then doesn’t look as good Bc the material folds and you can see it through the jeans, leggings , shorts and etc. I bought the next size up and it didn’t fit much better. I’m not liking the way your upper leg is squeezed by the material and you can see it under the clothes.
