Thanks to a recent GBBS binge I really wanted to make tarts. Ended up choosing this set because the size combination was what I was looking for.Product material is exactly what I expected (non stick carbon steel) and this set gets the job done!Please don’t throw these in the dishwasher as it could wear down the nonstick surface.Also just note these tart pans are for smaller individual tarts! (Perfect for covid?)Go for a 8-10 in pan if you’re thinking you want to make something for family to share.

Update: the seller reached out immediately to rectify the situation. I'm actually not going to get a replacement because I used the little pans to make tarts last night, and the pans worked out super well. Scratches suck, but the product did exactly what I needed.This was either used or so cheap the plastic scratched it. The smaller tins were fine, but the big one was full of scratches.I cook and bake a LOT. Quality products struggle to keep up, an inferior product won't survive. Save your money and buy a better quality product.

I am not a baker by any means. This was my second attempt at making a key lime pie. The first pie I baked was in a ceramic pie plate and it looked okay, but was difficult to serve without falling apart. These tart pans just made them look so much more refined. The pans are sturdy, non-stick, and were extremely easy to use. The pies came right out of the pans without crumbling. This made serving so much easier. Going to be ordering a few more sizes and try out some different recipes.

These are great little pans! I needed to make several quiches for a family brunch and have a relative who doesn’t eat cheese. I didn’t want to subject everyone else to a cheese-less quiche, so I made two 5-inch quiches without cheese and they worked perfectly! They’re nonstick and the removable bottom piece makes it super easy to get the quiche (or tart) out of the pan. I haven’t used the 4- or 3-inch pans yet but am sure I will at some point!

Sturdy, worked well for the first onion flan that I made. I like that the bottom is separate. It makes it easy for baking with a finished look for the crust.

These are made sturdy enough, the pans are non stick and without using any kind of spray my tart came off the sides with little struggle. I think my ONLY complaint would be I'd have paid a few more dollars to have a set of 4 of the tiny personal size pans, rather than just 2. But this is a good set.

Needed a pan like this for to make quiche and I liked these because of the assorted sizes.

These pans are perfect. I frequently use the small round ones to make tarts for myself. I have used the rectangular one to make dessert for company. They are easy to clean and because the bottom let's you pop your dessert out you don't ruin your tart trying to get it out .I am very very pleased. And what a great value for the price!
