Quality device and easy to get accurate results. App. not universally compatible.
This device is very compact for a proper sleeve BPM, and is just about as easy to use as a wrist device. There are no issues with changing batteries, as its rechargeable, and no fiddly tube to tangle. As well as providing your BP and pulse, it will warn of irregular heart beats. The software works perfectly on my wifes Vodafone V10 which is Android 9 but I couldn't connect the software to it on my TCL Android 11 phone though it paired, so the app may need updating. Saying that I installed a manual app BP Journal, (there are several to choose from in the google app. store) and it takes just seconds to input a reading. I have contacted A&D about the software but its not a big issue for me. I would rather have a certified accurate device than a toy that will connect to my phone. The monitor was meant for my wife who has a longstanding heart condition (her readings tally with the hospitals), but it may have saved my life as it is informing me that I have Stage 1 hypertension, so I'm now off to see the G.P. to ge it confirmed. Ce la vie.

Consistent and what seem to be accurate readings with a nice connected feature
Bought this to replace an old inaccurate and inconsistent Omron M4.It was very easy to get some initial readings without using the advanced Bluetooth functionality, it does not inflate the cuff more than it needs to, so it does not squeeze your arm too hard. The advanced bluetooth feature was easy to setup with a Samsung S7, it transfers the measurements fine to the A&D Medical App and a big plus point for their app does not require registration and does not seem to send your medical data anywhere. It does not get 5 stars for 3 minor reasons:-1) The supplied Smart phone app does not have the ability to export/share/print the raw data, you only get the ability to print a summary or share a screen shot. There are other apps that offer this functionality but a lot want to send your medical data to "The Cloud" and want to share it with the developers and or want you to buy a Pro version without being able to check that they actually function with the device.A&D Medical's App would be perfect if it offered the simple feature of exporting the raw data.2) You can only buy it with a medium sized cuff and after measuring the circumference of my arm various guidelines stated that arm circumferences over 33cm should use a large cuff otherwise considerable over estimation can occur. So I had to purchase A&D Medical SlimFit Blood Pressure Monitor Cuff, Large (31-45cm) (UA-CUFFBOXLA) as well.A plus point of the A&D Medial cuffs are that they are clearly labelled with instructions on how to fit and a size pointer to show if you are using the correct size.3) The supplied cuff and the large version feels a bit plastic and stiff as they are made of nylon I believe (feels a bit cheap, but is probably easy to keep clean if needed), but they function well (the large version has a nice long pipe).Update:One of my Minus points was that you cannot get raw data from the App, this is in fact false. You can get the raw data from the app but it was not easy to find out how.To get the raw data you need to select a reading from the dashboard to get a chart (usually the "Daily" chart), then click on the "Daily" word in the middle of the screen and you can select other chart types. If you select "History" from this list it shows you a table of raw data, you can then share this with yourself via email (or any of the other methods shown) and the email then has a CSV file attached with the raw data. Also my doctor was questioning the accuracy of the monitor as the readings at home were lower than in the GP surgery. He asked me to compare it with the recently calibrated machine in the GP reception. I did this and it matched within 2mmHg the higher reading in the GP surgery.

Great product highly recommend this
Easy to use and does what it says on the tin. I took. This to my doctor at my last appointment and she said it was pretty spot on and was impressed with the quality of the product. My wife was a nurse for 33 years until she was diagnosed Alzheimer’s. But my Son knows how to use this machine and he said it’s a brilliant product and worth every penny. My Sone recommended to run the BPM and ignore the first readying and then run it again. Make sure that you are say upright in a chair ad relaxed. Put the sleeve on the left arm just up from the elbow and and make sure this is tight. You do not have to role up your sleeve of you shirt it will tak a reading through the shirt so doen’t worry. It’s is paired with your iPhone but the app does not store inividual readings and you either have to email or take a screenshot on all readings because it only stores one which kind of defeats the object in my point of view. The app is not bad at all.

Excellent little device
This product has been excellent. It is very easy to use, paired very easily with the health app on my phone and has enabled my to easily and accurately monitor my BP and export results to keep my GP appraised of my current state.

Cuff too large
I like the product's convenience - it's easy to pack and I like not having a tube from cuff to monitor. However, I find the cuff awkward because it is too large; it fits comfortably on my thigh! The problem is that there is so much of the cuff not in contact with the velcro that I found it cumbersome and the excess not easily tidied; as a result, what little cuff is attached by velcro is not properly secured and has occasionally come loose while being inflated. I think most other BP cuffs have a standard size up to 32 cms whereas this has a range of 22 to 42 cms. My upper arm has a circumference of 29 cms. I'll see how I get on with it but I think I'll either have to return it or get a stick-on velcro patch for the outside of the cuff to secure the excess. (There is such a velcro patch but its position renders it rather inneffective for me.)I've seen other comments about difficulties connecting to a bluetooth device; I've not had such problems with an iPhone 13 Pro so long as it's close. Also, I've seen comments about not being able to download data but also the odd comment about some obscure way of doing it, so do some research if that's important.I don't think the instructions are very good. So 3 stars because it works but could be improved. For larger upper arms, it's probably a bargain.

App does not work with Moto phone
Firstly, the A&D Connect app does not work with the Moto G31 phone so that means the bluetooth functionality is of no use and results have to be recorded manually. Returned for refund.

not impressed
not impressed for a start the arm cuff is way to big for small arms. if you use the app and press FAQ the website is only in Chinese if you want to use it without the app the display is tiny and it soon disconnects. they don't even give you a storage bag and its not very portable also the app will not always connect or stay connected.

Ej för Sverige
Appen som krävs för full funktionalitet är inte tillgänglig i Sverige. Därför returnerade jag produkten. Den borde inte säljas i Sverige. (Det saknas också svensk dokumentation, vilket är ett lagkrav:)

Simple, Easy to Use, and APP will pass measurements to Apple Health APP
This is a very simple product to use and integrates well and even though the company's APP is dated, it does pass data into Apple's Health App. The trick to getting measurements into the native APP is to have it opened at the dashboard and then pressing the Start button on the device. All measurements are then synced and then displayed in the dashboard.Obviously if you own more products from A and D, then your dashboard will look much busier as shown in the images in the product listing.
