Positive energy
This book helped my 5 year old son because it shows common examples of how kids can get stuck in feeling negative but then teaches how to get out of that feeling and move on and feel good again. I think this this book shares is a very useful lesson to learn early on in life and it teaches social tools that children can use throughout life.

Absolutely WONDERFUL!
I teach 2nd grade and every year I try to instill in my students the power of positive thinking! What we tell ourselves can make or break us and they need to know the power their little minds hold.It took me until my 30's to understand the power my negative thoughts were having over my life by making negative experiences. This is a wonderful book with beautiful pictures and has the perfect message for everyone! My 2nd graders will be hearing it all year!! :)

Thoughtful and great way to bring in these mindfulness practices.
My 5 year old boy reflects and referenced it the next few ways. Impactful and a great mindfulness tool for parents!

For All Parents and Teachers!
What a way to let children know that their thinking makes up a lot of what happens in their life. And to teach this concept at a young age is fantastic! Louise Hay has helped me in my journey to become a positive thinker in which has changed my life in so many ways. So when I saw this book for children, I knew it was a keeper. After I received the first copy I ordered for my four year old, I ended up ordering six more books for friends and co-workers. So far nothing but positive feedback from those I have shared this book with. I am definitely not done sharing this children's book. Thank you Louise Hay, Kristina Tracy, and illustrator Manuela Schwartz for this spectacular book!

Great content and could be used in lots of ways.
As a parent and psychologist, I like this one. But I got it for my 6 year old who is less interested. We used some of the affirmations with a bracelet making craft where we used the messages in this book to make jewelry to remind us of each one. It might also be nice to create these into pictures or something they can carry with them.

I Think, I Am!: Teaching Kids the Power of Affimations
I think/believe that giving children of any age is essential at any age. Essentially because of the way this, our society(globally) can be so cruel, cold and bulling at times. I feel that if we teach warm and loving affirmations to people of all ages that just maybe our world wouldn't be so violent. And so if we as adults can believe and enjoy the positive affirmations, even as we say them to our self and share them with our children,we will have a much better/gentler society as a whole.

Great book!
I wish my parents would have had something like this to teach us self confidence. I really like this book and the lessons inside are wonderful. Great opportunities to talk to your kids/grandkids as you read this book. This book teaches them to be confident and to appreciate other people who may be different from them due to culture, ethnicity, disability, etc. I bought three for each of my grandkids to have in their homes.

Very child friendly text and beautiful illustrations.
Louise Hay is an inspiration. So happy that she has written children’s books. I’m amassing books for children covering positive affirmations and the power that thoughts have on our lives. This is very well written with lovely illustrations that my children enjoyed looking at and talking about. It’s a very child friendly book with lots of real life examples so that children can really empathise with the characters and think about the different ways they could approach similar social situations.

This book is perfect for my 8 year old son
This book is perfect for my 8 year old son, who tends to have an Eeyore view of the world. He has taken the message to heart, and works hard to formulate positive affirmations throughout the day. The book was too young for my 11 and 13 year olds.

Must have for kids
Picturization of the characters expressing their thoughts impressed me a lot.

A little wordy…
I’m a Childhood Educator and was delighted to learn Louise Hay has a book! The concept is great, but it’s a little wordy for young children to follow 😇
