Poly Voyager Focus UC B825 USB-A Headset inkl. Ladestation

The headset arrived 4 month after ordering, which I found quite long but it was during the Covid situation so the demand may have been high.They work really well and are very intuitive, switching device automatically when needed and pausing when taking the headsets off.I do have some Bluetooth issues with my computer, where the sound will not work all of a sudden. I then have to disconnect and reconnect, which is a quick solve but quite annoying sometimes.The sound quality and volume is great and the pads are extremely comfortable. Working from home with them everyday and would definitely recommend, it is worth the money!

So I got this as I now wfh mostly and the company provided 1 eared wired headset which wasn't ideal.Overall well worth the price, the charge lasts plenty, have never ran out during the day and sometimes have music playing through them all day.Noise cancellation is decent, probably not top of the range, but not to be expected.I did test them out of curiosity Vs my Hyper X gaming headset for a game or 2, definitely not great for gaming, but that's all good.Very happy with my purchase, awesome being wireless while working and sound clarity in calls etc is perfect.

These headphones are very comfortable and great for cutting out background noise when in meetings at home.Charge stand works well meaning no wires to get tangled in, and I have the ability to walk around whilst still listening.

Comfortable fit, easy to set up and use.One thing only that I would improve is to have a location for the plug in dongle when not in use.The head phone fit nicely on to the charging stand, so I have a bit of blue-tac to stick it to the base unit. But it doesn't detract from the use. Very good over all

The sound quality is superb, I’ve tested the active noise cancelling and it works really well. Working from home with a loud Italian husband and dog barking hasn’t been the easiest so this has been a game changer for me! It connects seamlessly between my work phone via Bluetooth and my laptop using the dongle. It can switch between the two without too much trouble.The voice notifications can be turned off/ adjusted via the app, it’s particularly useful when you are using the headphones when you’re not in front of the computer. The stand keeps my desk neat with no extra cables. Overall, it’s transformed my working condition at home and I’m less anxious about background noise. My dog can sense it so he can’t be bothered barking anymore either.

Ordered this item and it didn't come with the adapter which makes it's a pile of junk. Bought this specifically to use with virtual meetings - but if it does come with an adapter it doesn't working despite being 'bluetooth' - annoying that these products all require tiny adapters that use up USB slots on your computer.So - didn't come with all the required parts and didn't work. Which for a product in this price range is completely unacceptable.

Brilliant headset - just finished a 2 hour Teams meeting - comfortable and great sound quality - the smart features like auto mute when you take off the headset are really cool

Really comfy, expandable headband, cushioned ear pieces, mic boom goes both ways so you can wear it on left or right ear, easily recharged on docking station. Noise cancelling headphones aren't to the extent you can't hear anything else going on around you, but are enough for you to concentrate or focus, especially when on a call. Same for mic, we've done various tests where we've both been on calls at the same time and its hit and miss as to whether the caller can hear external noise from our end, mostly not but occasionally the mic does pick up the other voice in the room, not usually to point of distraction though. Only downside is they do cause a bit of pressure on the ears if worn for long periods, like 4-5 hours without removing, or by the end of a busy phonecall day, but ears soon recover and its not that bad, just a bit squashed and achey.
