Product intended for France? USA Warranty?
I didn't notice that the description says that this was intended for sale in France, and would not have a USA warranty. That shouldn't even be allowed to happen. The machine we received has no French writing on the box, the manual is in English and the plug is an American plug. The warranty registration card is in English and says Juki America with an address in Florida. The online warranty registration was accepted, but I have received no confirmation that it was approved. In other words, with the exception of the words in the product description; "Product intended for France, therefore the warranty will only cover products sold in France ", there is no indication that this is anything other than a machine intended for sale in the USA.

Skipped stitches
I regret buying this, kinda. I bought it as a return so I don’t know if I have a warranty on it. But I understand why it’s been returned. I can use it after tinkering with it occasionally, it’s just that I bought a JUKI because I wanted quality. This is such a disappointment- it skips stitches and shakes violently after a while. It stops shaking but still. Just not the kind of quality that is common to this brand. I guess I’ll just have to live with it.

Love It
I love the self threading . It is the reason I bought the machine. The instructions are easy to follow and the threading needle is fabulous.

what a joy this is!!!
Threading a serger is the most maddening part of using a serger. This JUKI has AUTO thread of loopers AND needles.....it sews like a dream, quietly. And it is the ONLY SERGER on the market which has a LED screen with directions for the different stitch styles....No need to look at a manual or "cheat sheet". The price is outstanding....I have had another brand serger without these nice features for double the money! You won't go wrong buying this serger and the reviews are excellent! Serge away.....HAPPILY!!

Good so far
I’ve had this server for about a month now and I have used it almost on a daily bases. I’ve ordered other Juki sergers and I like Juki. The only issue is that Juki does not honor their warranty. You will get the run around and even though it is under warranty you will have to pay to ship the machine to Florida and you have to pay them to look at it.

Fabulous machine
I love this serger. The looper airthreading is a dream come true for me. It is so easy!! My previous serger worked great, but my aging eyesight and little arthritis made threading very difficult. I bought my Juki MO-2000QVP from a dealer in town at a great price and am very happy I did! This machine also has a needle threader, similar to those on regular sewing machines. I have found it to work great for the first needle, but often have trouble with it threading the second needle...it is a little fussy at times. One thing that I'm not particularly happy with is how the thread/trim catcher hooks on to the machine. It does not seem to be a perfect fit and sometimes the trimmed bits slip down between the catcher and the machine. Also the trimmed bits seem to bunch up around the knife rather than fall smoothly into the bin sometimes. Having said that, I love the stitching it produces and have tried it on several different fabrics. I haven't yet used all of the different stitches, but I look forward to trying them all. It really is worth it. I don't mind changing out the threads at all, because it is so easy.

Nothing to dislike. My wife has had an overlocker for years and it is a real pain to thread whereas the Juki was a breeze, threaded the machine in 30 seconds - brilliant

Arrived on time love the machine it's much better than I imagined only fault the instruction book is not in English so have to use disc on my lap top to get operating instructions.

Beautiful machine, does everything it says and so easy. Only criticism is all instructions are on a dvd. So a bit of a nuisance if wanting to check something.

Instruction book in French or a language I can’t read. Plug is not ENGLISH all requiring hassle. Not even tried the machine yet
