Heat pads
I use this daily in a busy chiropractic office. Very high quality, they hold up for 4-5 years without much issue. In fact, only reason I replaced my old ones were due to staining, not the quality of the material. Holds a good amount of heat, will slowly disperse it over about 10-15 minutes out of the hydrocollator.

How to use this correctly.
This is the pad the hydroculator pad sits in. Then it gets covered with towels. It is very relaxing.

Worth the extra effort
Works great! I use a sous vide water heater to keep it wet and warm at 160 degrees. Seems to loosen tight muscles better than a normal heating pad.
