I’ve used this twice since arrived few days ago.. I’m very pleased so far... although was missing a strap., the suppliers have replied straight away to my email and again today to say missing item in the post.. only downfall.. hence star dropped off; the mask is a little heavy .. however if you lie down as recommended not really uncomfortable.. I actually find it relaxing and am going to use nightly in bed before going to sleepthe timer will sound when finished so doubt you’ll fall asleep due to pressure of mask.. I read up a lot on led mask before ordering this one.. note others are more a flexible mask and you can read or watch tv etc whilst wearing.. but as with this type of mask, it is best to keep eyes closed...again I think this is more relaxing ..anyway...Bought especially for the multi colour options to treat skin complaints.. green in particularity for skin damage and age spots.one thing as the mask is robust plastic. I think more sustnable form against damage ie.. through wear..I bought this so the multi options to assist with several treatments.. age spots

Product is easy to put together and choose which colour you wish to use. No clue what colour to use or for how long.It says supplied with English instructions manual-this one came In German, I think. I’ll look on line to see if I can find any information. Very disappointing as can’t give accurate review without information & instructions.

Item stopped working after a couple of uses. Remote won’t work.

Doesn’t workTried asking for control box to be replaced as mask won’t come on but Amazon forcing a full return and refund. Control box seems unnecessarily complicated for an led mask. Beeps when I connect power but control box doesn’t come on and mask doesn’t light up.

Product seemed to work ok. then after a few uses started getting hot where it connects at the bottom of the mask. Certain colours stopped working. And now it just won't turn on at all. Haven't had it long either

I mistaked the drop off date to be valid until July. Forever the locker number is only until June 10th. Is it possible to have another number for the locker?
