If you have an EZ mount system, this is in fact incredibly easy to install/replace. I had accidentally let a screw fall into my old one and broke it, this was about a ten minute replacement fix! It works well and I have not had any issues with it since installation around a year ago. I don't run anything very heavy through it, but it happily chops up anything that goes down the drain with a reasonable amount of noise.

Absolutely a dead nuts fit to replace the 20 year old Badger that finally bit the dust with a cracked housing. Installation was easy and it works like a charm.

this was another great find for my home renovation. i had no idea what i was doing. i followed the directions and i did it. it was a very easy twist on situation. the hoses goin and in out of the system were very easy to locate and attach. the only thing i didnt know was that before you put the hoses on theres a little cap that has to be popped thru and u can retrieve it from the top. otherwise the price was so affordable and it was a item well worth buying

Quieter than Waste King.Do not buy if you are HARDWIRED (aka no plug into wall). Buy the one without the plug and save a ton of time trying to remove it.The plug is extremely hard to remove and must be taken a part to run an existing wall wiring to it. My bad for not buying the correct one, but they do not seem to be that common and are more expensive.Overall installation was easy.

My husband hates DYI plumbing projects . So he wasn’t looking forward to replacing our old disposal unit but it needed to be done. Fortunately amazon had the same model available as the one we were replacing. The most impressive part of the entire job was the directions that came with it. Every step was simple, clear and had a picture showing exactly what to do to remove the old one and install the new one. The only difficulty we had was regarding the old one that had rusted so badly it took a hammer to loosen it . The rest of the job was a breeze. The only thing the kit does not provide is plumbers putty .

I bought this to replace an InSinkerator Badger 1 waste disposal we had for more than 11 years, it was well used and the motor would still run but developed a leak somewhere. The look, build and connections points/holes were exactly the same which made DIY installation very easy, just a drop and replace. Based on my old waste disposal, this is a very reliable and sturdy product. I hope it last the same time or even more.

I just love my new garbage disposal. This item was a perfect replacement for the original one that came with my mobile home. The old one was Sinkguard SE150. We did have to change some of the pipes, but it was easy. And it's really quiet compared to the Sinkguard. The price wasn't bad. The size is perfect, and we still have plenty of storage room under the sink.
