Handy tool but beware the minimum rod size supported
The description notes the max size rod diameter is 35mm but doesn't say there is a minimum, which is around 6mm. If your rod diameter is smaller than that this tool won't work.

Just what you need for finding the center of round stock
I don't know how I found the correct center of round stock without this tool

Set screw wrong size or something. Doesn’t tighten. Just spins.
Product is pretty simple so it’s hard to say anything bad. However the set screw that keeps the punch from falling out is worthless. It’s either the wrong size or who knows. It doesn’t tighten. I haven’t measured it but I’m guessing it’s the wrong size. So now I have to repair or buy a set screw for it. Bummer. It’s not hard to get stuff like this right. But they still got it wrong. Oh, and it came with rust on it. Grrr.
