Purchased as a second back up computer . It has four processors ,so quicker start up than my old one . The only downside was picture shows DVD /CD player ,but it does not have one . But obtained external drive for it quite cheaply , Other than that a good purchase .

instead of sending me out the actual WIFI Dongle. Which to be fair is silly. Now the HP SFF is in perfect condition and I am very happy with it, but very unhappy that the dongle is missing and the solution from Amazon was return the entire unit over a USB Dongle.

This is my first "preowned" PC purchased from Amazon, never bought one from flea-bay either. However, after careful consideration and much deliberation, I decided to bite the bullet and purchase this HP EliteDesk 800 G1.I am so glad I did too. This was advertised as an Intel Core i5 4570 3.2 GHz with a boost up to 3.6GHz, however, my purchase had the Intel Core i5 4670 3.4GHz with a boost up to 3.8GHz, no it isn't a massive jump in speed but it is slightly better. 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 Samsung Ram at 1600MHz with two more ram slots available for upgrade. I chose the standard 500GB hard drive because I have a few SSD drives lying around which I will upgrade to later. A Slim DVD Rom Drive was fitted which I will upgrade to Blu-Ray too. 4 USB 3.0 ports (2 Front and 2 Rear), 6 USB 2.0 ports (2 Front and 4 Rear), 2 Display Ports with audio (to run two monitors at the same time). I had to purchase a Display Port to HDMI cable as I was hooking this up to my 4K TV. Windows 10 Pro installed and activated, an office suite and a free 300MBs WiFi dongle and this PC represents top drawer performance at a very reasonable price. To sum up, this PC, although a few years old, is still very relevant today, even for gaming, and at a fraction of the cost of new parts. Also take into account that these PC's, although used, still have plenty of life in them and come in excellent condition, cleaned inside and out and hardly a scratch to be seen. Add to that a fast delivery service (usually next day) and a full 12 months warranty and you simply can't go wrong. A fantastic buy.
