I have just started taking these tablets, too early to say if these tablets are helping.

These seem like a scientifically sound mix that is a great all round package.- Good mix- Nice packaging- The capsules are quite bigI ordered these after doing some research on ways to boost the immune system, Zinc came up in a lot of my research, but also with the caveat that it lowers your ability to absorb copper so it should be taken along side a small dosage of cooper to give you that little boost that you would otherwise be losing, so with these having both included that seemed like a perfect solution.Upon receiving these I was very happy with the packaging, it is very minimal and professional, I also like that there are no flashy colours or anything on the bottle that might attract little ones to it. Under the lid was a seal and under the seal was some cotton wool to help in transit which is nice. The capsules themselves are transparent full of powder.The size of the capsules is definitely on the medium to large end of the scale, I’m not the best at taking large tablets and I can manage these but rarely on my first attempt and definitely not without a drink to help wash it down. I have included an image comparing them to a one pound coin for reference. These seems like quite an expensive package at first, but there are 90 capsules and they recommend taking one a day so it is almost 3 months supply. It is a little early to say how affective they are, I have been taking them for just over two weeks now and I have not got sick in this period and I have had no side affects or anything so I am hopeful that it is going well.Pros :- Good mix- Nice packaging- The capsules are quite bigCons :- Not cheap
