Firstly, a critique of glass and ceramic coasters: what the heck? Moisture condenses on drink, rolls down drink, lands on glass coaster, rolls off glass coaster, now you've got water on your table and keeping water off the table was the entire reason you bought coasters in the first place. What genius thought that up? Is it a conspiracy? Do coaster companies team up with furniture companies and they think they've got this nefarious plan all figured out?Doesn't matter, the plot is foiled. The MOSAICANA coasters are textured and have a recessed reservoir where condensation accumulates. Since they're silicone, no moisture goes through the coaster. The result? Clean, dry tables! And for those fancy humans out there who drink both cold AND hot drinks, these protect your furniture from hot coffee cups, too, insulating your wood from heat damage. The picture I included features my 20oz "don't talk to me today" mega-mug, which has a significantly larger diameter than a typical coffee cup.Beyond their superior utility, the coasters also look really cool. The texture is way more obvious and unique in person. 5-stars, will update if anything changes.

They are all very beautiful! I purchased 3 sets of different designs, some for myself, one as a gift. The colors are bright and I like that they are flexible so they don’t scratch wood or highly polished surfaces. I also like that they are washable in the dishwasher. Although all are beautiful, not all are practical as coasters. Some designs have a border which makes them work well as coasters by keeping the condensation on the coaster and protecting the furniture. But some do not have a border allowing the accumulated condensation to run off the edges and onto the furniture so you have to look closely to determine which designs have a border unless this is not important to you. The navy & brown, the yellow and the maroon ones have a border. The blue/green/brown one and the yellow/teal one do not have a border. I purchased one mixed set so 2 have a border and 2 do not.

Cardboard and/or cork with a laminated design disintegrates and the design peels off. Wood is OK until the finish wears off and the wood starts to warp. My guess is leather will collect watermarks. One caveat about silicone -- if you're using them for drink coasters, avoid the ones that are an open design. Without a solid bottom, the condensation will collect on your tabletop.

They are so much prettier than the photos. A must buy! ps. They are normal size. The little video I posted my cup is oversized so don't let that fool you. :)

I ordered these coasters in the color "purple tiles." They really weren't a purple color, they are more burgundy and gold which is exactly what I was looking for. It was pictured on the website in burgundy and gold so I was pleased that is what I received. I needed to get in touch with the seller because the back of the coasters had a slightly greasy residue. He responded quickly, and he was a pleasure to work with. My new coasters look great on my glass coffee table and match my sofa and pillows. When my grandsons come to visit, I don't have to worry about them scratching the wood surround or the glass on the table anymore. Fyi... I learned that the coasters can also go in the dishwasher but I haven't tried that yet.

We *thought* we had our house childproof, but our 1 year old daughter showed us as she banged our stone coasters against our beautiful hardwood floors and handcrafted coffee table. Hence the quick perusal of Amazon for Stylish Silicon Coasters. These hit the mark! We've gotten so many compliments from parents wanting to know where we got them, to simply just "I like your coasters" The colors truly pop, and the slightly lifted design allows for condensation to pool inside of the coaster's edges, instead of spilling over. Baby can't hard herself or the house with these, and she loves collecting them and playing with them. They are Dishwasher safe to boot. Overall one of my favorite post-baby household additions. I'll keep them around even after she can be trusted to move back to stone coasters.

These coasters look even better in person than they do in the images online (and they look good in the pictures). I was amazed at how well crafted and vivid these coasters are in person. They are water proof, detailed, light weight, and flexible. Plus, I've grown tired of the traditional ceramic coasters; so when one of mine broke (after sticking to the bottom of my glass and then falling to the floor), I was looking for replacements, and found these. They are fantastic. I liked them so much, I bought four more sets, in different colors. And I'm getting a lot of compliments from my guests. I highly recommend them.

I read a review about how cork, wood and ceramic were coaster failures and had the same experience, also how the little Grandkids like to whop the coasters around and these particular ones held up to that treatment very well... I ordered them. I am very pleased! They work and they work well. They’re very nice looking to. I did not need a bunch of coasters, 4 fits my needs. I highly recommend.
