Lots and Lemony!
This was the best value pack I could find when I needed candied lemon peel to make my son's birthday cake. It was nice and lemony. There is a lot of it, and I shan't use it again in the very near future, so I have stored it in the fridge, hoping that it will keep. It's in a rather silly cardboard tub that has not lasted very well and is showing signs of absorbing moisture. Sorry, but sometimes plastic is best. I would recommend, although the pack size is really too big for a one-off use.
