Love this product. Definitely recommend.

While I don’t feel it has helped with sleep, I do think it cut down on the amount of hot flashes I have and it does seem to curb my appetite. Just know that the first week I took it it caused a little upset stomach, but once my body adjusted,that went away.

Only a couple of weeks and my hair is shiny!

When i first started taking them, i had a regular cycle. The previous two months, my cycle lasted for 2 weeks and my doctor said my hormones are unbalanced and that’s why my body has been reacting strangely. I bought these specifically for that reason. After a while of taking them, i still had longer cycles and I really didn’t feel any different. I gave it 3 stars because i felt like it worked at one point when i first started using them but now i feel like it’s not doing anything. The directions says 4 capsules daily before breakfast. I still have some left. I’m going to finish them because I don’t like wasting money. My doctor said the best thing to take is birth control pills to balance my hormones. I prefer to avoid BC but i think I’m going to try it now that this expensive bottle of hormonal pills failed me. By the way, the capsules are HUGE !

Definitely noticed a difference within a week of use. Reduced acne, reduction of unwanted facial hair, improved mood & energy. Would highly recommend.

I started taking these through a nutrition place here in Colorado, had bad acne, moody and started gaining weight like crazy after a procedure I had after finding out I had stage 4 pre uterus cancer. I then found out from my doctor that this procedure may off balance my hormones. I decided to give these a try. After one month I seen a huge difference. My acne stoped and started clearing my face. Started thinking more positive and I finally got regular periods. Mind you not I didn’t have a period for over 4 months before this. Then I continued taking them and I’m on my 5th bottle. Price is high but definitely worth the money. Definitely recommend if you do have hormonal issues. I suggest to go to your primary doctor and get lab work or blood work to confirm you are or see what what vitamins you may be low on. If not it won’t work if ain’t a hormone issue. So don’t waist money if your are not certain.

I swear by this stuff. I have PCOS and changing my birth control pills never helped me. I had hair loss, acne, sugar issues, and I couldn't lose weight. After taking these and another one like it for a month I finally noticed a difference. My acne looks the best it has in months. My hair has finally stopped breaking. I also had a normal period for the first time in six months, two months in a row! I recently started a better diet so I'm hoping it helps a little there too. If you have PCOS I highly recommend this.

I am very happy with this Essential Balance supplement. It arrived quickly and well packaged. The capsules are standard sized capsules and easy to swallow. There is no discernible taste or odor. I haven’t noticed any negative side effects.
