Makes a Great Tea
For a soothing cuppa, I use one teaspoon of this honey with 1/8 tsp of ginger, a 1/8 tsp of cinnamon, and a pinch of heat. Especially great on chilly afternoons.

Great Product!
I use this as a mask at night to help treat my acne. I've seen a huge difference in the size and the amount of acne on my face and I've only used it twice! I'm going to let my teen daughter try it as well to see if it'll make a difference in her skin as well.

The Best Manuka in my opinion
Classic Wedderspoon honey. I appreciate the glass jar. It's an acquired taste, but great stuff. It helped cure my "uncurable" IBS years ago (4 times a day a LARGE spoonful 20 minutes before eating) that coupled with moving to all organic produce. Never a stomach problem anymore and never need this for stomach issues anymore. Take it when I have a sore throat or am feeling run down. Worth the money (definitely cheaper than prescriptions and doctor visits)

Not Feeling It
Vegans should stay away from honey. Manuka a pricey health food honey. It still doesn’t feel right and surely there are many other health-giving products to try.
