Q: Hey, l only received one box with two serving envelopes inside. What went wrong?

I have ordered this item many times before; I always received THREE boxes [wrapped together in plastic], each with two serving envelopes inside. Maybe someone not familiar with how it was advertised (and consistently sent to customers) 'helped' by dividing the three boxes sealed together into three separate items - I used to buy it one box at a time at my local grocer.

Q: Why it's says 2packages to box and the last 2 boxs I open only had one package in each box

I have always gotten 2 packages in each box. You should return your boxes.

Q: Is it possible to make this soup in a microwave oven? Has anyone tried?

I have never tried to make it in microwave but I have reheated the leftover soup and its fine.
