Great Product
Its very easy to use and price is reasonable. TDS in my well is below 120, as per this device. So we decided an RO purifier is unnecessary for us.

amazing product
Amazon delivery misplaced my TDS meter. I had to raise a complaint and do a follow up to get a replacement , and Amazon Backend team was wonderful in sorting this out. Off late my experience Amazon Delivery team has not been great. Reason for writing this is , as soon as a replacement was raised, Konvio team reached out to me to understand what has went wrong. Because they were not aware the original item was lost by the logistic team. Their understanding was there was defect in their product and they were genuinely concerned. This was a gold standard for me. A team which backs its product so thoroughly that they do a follow up to understand the reason for replacement is a customer focused team. Personally my use of product has been satisfactory. I am happy and it is working great. What stood out for me was the product teams attention to details. Thanks Konvio team.. Dil Jeet Liya

Generic brand only plastic sticker with name, 2 button cells 1.5V NOT INCLUDED. At this price this may not be worth it
