I own a regular sized extra-firm rumble roller and like it a lot. I bought this one while traveling to use while travelingn have a more portable size, and keep/use at work. While similar to the rumble roller, it isn't as firm and doesn't dig quite the same as my rumble roller. When I bought this it was titled rumble foam roller making me think it was a real rumble roller. I will be returning this one and getting a real rumble roller (extra-firm). Pay the few extra dollars and get the real thing.

This thing is like getting a deep tissue back and neck massage.Can't not do it every day.Often take it to hot yoga class to roll out my muscles afterwards.This is my 2nd one.Had so many complements on it on a yoga trip to Thailand, I ended giving it to my instructor as a present.
