I had a back injury from weights in high school that iceberg ignored till now .... after my chiropractor managed to undo years of pain , I thought I could go back to lifting heavy but there was always a lingering anxiety about my back , I caved in and then bought this . It works so well!! I love it and the pink color is so easy to find and cute

I wear a size small or a 4 AE jeans for comparison. This fit me absolutely perfect. The velcro is super strong. The back support is just the perfect amount. It's not huge like the ones at the gym which is usually the problem for me since I'm built so small. It is really well made and i definitely recommend it. I use it for heavy squats and dead-lifting mostly. This has definitely helped take my back day to a whole new level.

I am in love with this lift belt! I was so tired of them being out at the gym, or having to 'track down' the one belt that fit me. I decided to buy my own, and immediately fell in love from the first use! I am pants size: Med., 8, and 9/10 (if it's juniors). I got the medium in pink. It fits great, and the back support is awesome! The velcro is very sturdy and sticks really well! I've never had an issue with it loosing grip. Buy It! You won't be disappointed!

I love how durable this belt is. I am 4'10" at 124 lbs so I ordered a small. It's the perfect size. If my waist was smaller I would have ordered the XS. I love the pink color. I go through workout equipment pretty fast so I shall see how long this will last for me.

This weight belt is perfect, I have a tiny 22 1/2” waist and it adjusted perfectly to me, it’s super secure and extremely thick and well made, I would recommend this to any woman but if you are tiny and need a belt that actually fits straight from the box then this is it! I got an xs

The men's lifting belts from this company are far too large for me (6' 170lbs) so I had to order the women's. My waist is currently 32" and I had to tighten the belt all the way to get a snug fit. Aside from that, the belt performed quite well as I did shoulder shrugs and deadlifts, both going up over 300 pounds.

I love it! I have been using it every time so have worked out and lifted. It really supports my back and is very comfortable.

The media could not be loaded.  This belt is incredible! It's so comfortable. I chose XS, and my waist is 27" without flexing. The belt has extra material both ways, so it would fit between 27" and 32" waist. The belt is also not to wide, meaning it doesn't hurt my ribs or hips from pressing on them too hard. The belt is wide at the back, giving optimum support while not getting in the way of your lift. The Velcro isn't slack, either. Meaning it's not going to pop off during a heavy lift. Always a plus haha

Managed to lift 50kg on the squat rack (10 reps!) without the belt I could do maybe 3/4 at a real push!The belt is comfy and sits perfectly in place, doesn’t dig into ribs / belly button or feel uncomfortable.Easy to put on, easy to fasten and unfasten and all around good value for money.

I like the product and find it comfortable to wear. I purchased it mainly to see if it would help with neck discomfort when I am carrying out various procedures, I have also used it for when I am walking 3 or 4 miles and I found it to be of assistance to me.

great lifting belt, I was unsure how much this would help but borrowed someone elses in the gym which was this make, was really im pressed and have been ever since, I recommend these to anyone who mentions a lifting belt. nice tight fit for support.

Product arrived the next day and is very good quality for the price. Its very sturdy and fits me perfectly (I have wide hips and a small waist.) I got a size Small and it is good leeway for if you want is really tight or quite loose. Overall really good belt, supports me during compound lifts and is a nice colour of pink too.
