Great pan, cooks well and easy clean up

This pan is a good size for a family heats evenly with a gas cooktop and the best thing is that nothing sticks to this thing. I've tried egg, cheese, steak fajitas, chicken and more. If it all doesn't slide out of the pan into the plate, the most you need to do is wipe whatever residue is left with a paper towel.I thought it said in the description that it was metal utensil safe, but the label on the pan clearly recommends silicone utensils, not that I'd test it with metal utensils.This pan is nonmagnetic and will not work on an induction cooktop.Overall this is a great buy for the money and appears to be a product that will serve me well in the kitchen for years to come.

I bought this pan as a recommendation from a coworker- the Amazon reviews did not sway my decision. We needed a new nonstick pan to replace our last one that we had for 3 years.We bought this pan on October 9, 2023 and we use it for scrambled eggs on weekday mornings. We do not use a metal spatula, just a rubber one. Also, I hand wash my dishes and do not typically run the dishwasher.I noticed about a month after using the pan, little flakes of the nonstick coating had come off the surface to reveal the black underneath but there were only like 2 or 3 small chips so I didn’t care too much. I did also notice that it was getting food stuck to it more and more but thought that was just normal.Today 01/29/024 my boyfriend uses the pans for eggs and he just finished cooking and he sounds very frustrated and mentions how the nonstick coating of the pan didn’t last long and shows me the pan with a bunch of egg still stuck to it.The pan worked well for maybe a month. But three months later it’s not great. I would return it but the return window is over. Oh well. I will buy a different pan I guess.

We love these pans. We had green pans before and these are awesome! We love these pans. This is just another great example of the high quality products Green Pan puts out.

I gave this four stars because some things still stick to the pan a little bit not a lot, but if it’s nonstick, it’s should to be nonstick
