Best Sandable Filler
This is the best filler primer on the market. It dries faster and smoother than other sandable fillers.Best way to apply in my opinion is one light powdery coat and then two really wet coats.

Great for 3d Printing
After receiving a recommendation from Galactic Armory, I tried this product, and I’m thoroughly impressed. Not only does it provide excellent coverage, but it also dries quickly. Additionally, it’s remarkably easy to sand without causing any issues with the sandpaper. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a reliable filler primer for finishing their 3D prints.

Smoother Finish and More Value Than Duplicolor
I just tried my first can of Seymour filler primer, and I’m impressed. I usually use Duplicolor filler and primer, but this worked even better. Seymour gives you 15 ounces compared to Duplicolor’s 11 ounces for only about $2 more. It sprays evenly and dries completely in 15–20 minutes. After drying, I wet sanded with 320 and 400 grit, and the surface came out incredibly smooth. I’ll definitely be buying more of these cans from now on.

Under coat primer
Seymore undercoat primer paint works great for touch ups. Durability is awesome, great stuff

Arrived without a cap and sprayed inside box
Arrived without a cap, so primer was sprayed inside the box. How can anyone knowingly pack spray primer without a cap, releasing flammable gas inside a shipping truck? It's non-returnable, so I hope there's enough propellant remaining to use what's left. Would give 1 star but this is probably an excellent product that through no fault of the manufacturer was recklessly packed in an Amazon Prime box.

Great for 3D printing
I ending up picking up this brand of Filler Primer after I watched a video from Galactic Armory. In the past I’ve tried other filler primers for my 3d printed props but this Seymour brand is top notch.Yea it’s a little more costly, but the finish is great. It has a nice coverage that goes on thick, really filling in those layer lines.Compared to another brand I have used it’s only about .11 cents more per once.Would recommend this to anyone in the 3d printing hobby and you are looking for a smooth finish.

Made in the USA, Fast Drying, Superior Filling and Sanding
This is the best spray can primer I've found, and I've tried 6 or 7 others. This one dries faster than all the others, fills better and sands wet or dry without gumming up the abrasive paper. Wet sanding can be done in as little as 15 minutes after application. The price may seem high but absolutely worth every penny when you consider time saved and that it's a 16 ounce can rather that the typical 11 or 12 ounces in other brands. I use it on parts for radio controlled scale models and for filling and smoothing 3d printed parts. The attached photo shows an unprimed part on the left and a SEYMOUR PBE primed and sanded part on the right.

Do not buy, its a waste of money
It claims that it is a filler that can be sanded off within 15min. While it fills (like a paint) I did several tests. I waited 15 min, 1h, 1 day for it to dry but it just rubs off and flakes. There is nothing to sand off as it goes off right away. Its a useless product. I tried it on bare steel metal clean and used a 200 grit to sand off the metal. This product does not work. I would give it zero star but the system does not allow.
