Nice flavor
This is my favorite flour in small batch to make bread. I mix it with a bit of rye and red winter hard wheat i mill myself fresh with my austrian made granite mill.

Product took one month for delivery and an open bag was delivered
I threw this product away. I can't use a product that is delivered open. (This is why I didn't rate flavor and freshness.) As you can see from the pictures, one side had a big opening, and flour was seeping out of the external packaging as well. The other side was beginning to open. Wasted money and wasted month waiting for the order. I'm very disappointed in Bob's Red Mill.

Bobs Red mill is the best quality artisian bread flour you will ever find. This is a Oregon company that cares about their customers. This flour will make absolutely delicious corn bread, cookies, and its super versatile I use it in place of regular all purpose flour. Texture is exactly what I like. It costs a little bit more but you know its worth it because it tastes the best and I prefer supporting a family owned Oregon business that truly cares about their customers. For the best artesian rustic bread buy this flour. For delicious cornbread use this flour with Bobs Red Mill Cornmeal in a cast iron skillet or the lid on a dutch oven. This is the best performing easy-to-use flour try it.

Best pizza dough
I've been baking breads and pizza for thirty years, using numerous different flours, both all purpose and bread flour. I make about 6 loaves of bread a week . I bought this flour for pizza, since it's a little pricey to be using it for bread. I've made pizza dough twice so far and I have to say it's the best pizza dough I've ever made. It makes me want to try it out for bread. The pizza dough came out so nice and fluffy and you could see the bubbles. The crust came out so nice and chewy and crunchy at the same time. I will be using this flour for pizza from now and I will try making bread with it too.
