Nice compact bit of kit. I've been a cartoonist since 1993 and spent all that time drawing with my left arm on a flat surface and it's damaged the nerves in my elbow and my forefinger and thumb through repeated pressure. This drawing board is so much more comfortable to use and with all the extra accessories is brilliant for laying out lines and borders for my pictures before doing the actual pen work. Small enough for the kitchen table, sturdy, and light enough to move around easily. Very pleased!

Easy to use the right hand side lock on the sliding transom is not as good as the left hand side. It's OK for hobbyists Accurate if your not heavy handed with the thin plastic set squares etc. If you need extreme accuracy use a cad app or get a more proffesional drawing system.

Exactly what I was looking for at a very reasonable price. Good quality. Arrived before expected delivery date.

For the price it is unrealistic to expect Rolls Royce quality. However the drawing board must still be fit for purpose otherwise it is a waste of money. Observations on my specific board: The main straight edge moves well, the reference to a permanently lubricated guide track is puzzling since it is plastic moving on plastic. The second locking facility on the right hand side of the straight edge is required for accuracy. To use it takes some practise. The angle markings in the drafting square were misaligned which could lead to inaccurate results. Both the drafting square and set square have “play” on the track but can be used accurately provided they are positioned in a consistent manner. The paper clamping appeared OK based on limited use. For critical drawings it would be necessary to ensure consistent alignment of the straight edge and the squares - possible with care.

Bought this item previously but gave it away, suffice to say ended up buying it again.
