Daughter does competitive dance and this thing is amazing. It's great to help work on back bends and all around stretching. It helps her fear of falling on her head and legs her really go for it

Works well. Just as described.

I weigh 172bs and as soon as I relaxed to apply my fully body weight to the swing itself the stitching began to stretch and sound as if it was tearing. I couldn't rest into my back bend because the swing didn't support my weight. As I started to lean back I could hear the fabric permanently stretching and the seams ripping. The door stop is sturdy and secure, but the actual hammock itself is not the appripriate fabric to endure someone of full adult weight and size. Maybe an improved fabric is what it needs, although the price doesn't negate the quality of the contraption itself.

This is great. I used it in a photo shoot once.

Feels a little wobbly at first but the tool was helping with stretching. Took awhile to get the hang of it. Not sure if I would purchase again but it was neat to try.

Wish I could give it a higher review but the fabric hammock material is crap. It isn’t conducive to any kind of weight. It has no supportive quality. It makes the entire design a waste. Cheap and not designed for this product.
