I tried this Kava tea by Yogi the first time ever around December of 2024. My sister purchased it for me as a gift. It was actually a yogi set and I have enjoyed them all. Kava helps the stress and I enjoy the taste without anything but it is also great with milk and honey. I drink it throughout the day also! Thanks

I tried steeping it really strong too, but it wasn’t very calming like I had hoped. The taste is not terrible.
