So far the product works well, but it didn't come with written instructions. The only option you get is watching the video on the seller's website. Inconveniencing your customers to boost your web traffic is scummy, but it doesn't end there. The woman in the demonstration video moves too quickly and has extremely long nails that obscure some of what she's doing. Plus the video has subtitles instead of spoken instructions. This means that you have to read while carefully watching the already difficult to see demonstration.My second complaint is that the product is far too narrow to cross wide bra straps. How does someone who owns a lingerie store not know that bra strap modifiers are typically used by large breasted women and that large bras have wider straps? I had to come up with my own method that will probably come apart eventually in order to cross my straps.

The moment I got the package i open it to actually see if it was gonna work, while I was trying to put it on my bra thst thing brokeand the other one I still can't find a way to fix it on the bra. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY!!!

I did not like these. Kept popping open! Maybe it was user error or something but as soon as I got on my shirt it would pop open.

These are horrible they are too tiny to use it barely fits 1 strap and my back was killing me by the end of the day.

So versatile I absolutely love it! This product is a must have it does the job and more!
