It said I was getting gray, but it is definitely taupe. No biggie. The weight is just right to put in the lap and it won’t go anywhere. I slept so good last night! I didn’t have to fight two heating pads to get them in the right spot and stay all night. This heating pad goes from the lower back to the shoulders and warms evenly. The controller is easy to use and lights up so I can see it in the dark. No crick in my neck and my lower back felt so much better upon rising! I am 5’7” and it is an excellent length. It stays right where you place it with the weight and the super soft velour fabric. I recommend this one highly!

The weight is where it needs to be. I use it for my lower back and thighs. It heats up quickly and the coverage is awesome. My mom bought two; she and my dad love it!

I bought this for a back injury and it worked great . Has 6 levels of heat and heats evenly everywhere. Heats so good our chihuahua has taken it over we put it on level 1 and she loves it she won't move either. I'm gonna to get another for myself because she lives it so much. Order came on time I highly recommend.

I've had this for a year now and love it.It's super soft, pretty color, very large, and has different heat levels.The best heating pad I've owned and it looks great too.I love having the larger sizes. It's dependable, and actually gets really hot. You have different heat levels, so you can find the one best for you.I waited to do my review in order to see if it would last with regular usage. It's still working and still looks brand new.

Bad fracture of the left humerus and wrist. My Physical Therapist told me to get it . Design is just what I needed .Fit is really good .

Nice heating pad the only complaint is that the control constantly has an error code E and has to be unplugged and plugged back in to work otherwise it will not turn on !! I would think that this is a defect in it because I have never had one that this had to be done if the error comes up
