I love my legs, but they are a bit stumpy and I have dreaded cankles. I love putting these into my flats to give me a little lift!

I bought these ones to help me with my aquilles tendonosis. I have the 2 and 3 cm high. The 3 cm are too high for sneakers, but great for boots. The 2 cm are perfect for sneakers and lower shoes. I can now wear shoes I couldn't before because they provide the perfect lift my ankles need not to hurt. I've been using these ones for a couple months and they still haven't lost the thickness. The only reason I'm not giving 5 start rate is because they are a little too thin. They kind of dance around, nevertheless I'm buying more!

My son was only about a half inch short of 40". These worked great although you'll need to put them in some hightops and the aren't comfortable enough to wear all day. I just changed his shoes whenever the height was 40".

Need a thinner version like by half would be better as they are leaves no room for foot in shoe too be comfortable and usable

No where near comfortable... They are very hard. Do not buy !

These are very comfortable cushion lifts. Remember that they will change the fit of your shoe. This helped relieve the pain I felt in my heels.

They were to skinny for my shoes and fell over in the shoe when I walked. PS I am a man and I think they shipped women size because they fit my wife's shoes much better.
