It cuts
It's a saw, and it cuts just fine. Smaller size is good for getting into areas the larger versions can't

Draper handsaw 350mm
I'm an absolute beginner with saws and am just building a tool collection at the age of 41 years! I've been working on replacing fence panels on a very tight budget, basically putting bigger panels into existing concrete post space and then blocking up gaps between posts with wood.I don't have electric saws etc so I figured a handsaw was needed to shorten the last panel as not a full size to brick wall. I also needed to cut up the old panels to get them in the car to the tip.I needed a small sized saw as I'm not particularly strong and this seemed a good size and had good enough reviews, the deciding factor being it was on at what I thought was a good price. One thing I've learnt is the different blade shapes and thickness do different jobs! The saw is sharp on arrival but it's certainly been blunted by fence panels, so now not as sharp with only minimal usage which is anshame. The saw is comfortable enough to hold, not too heavy for me but sadly the blade teeth size were not good for the task as too wide and m.The saw is easy to use on the right job.

small handy tool suitable for women
I'm happy with my saw, it's handy for small jobs, as I'm a small woman it's not too big or heavy for me. Handy for small jobs I can now do myself. Happy.
