NutricologyQuercetin Bioflavonoids - Lemon Bioflavonoid Complex, Rutin, Citrus Extract, Hesperidin, Vegetarian Capsules - 100 Count

We've taken it for a month on the advice of Dr. Russell Blaylock who is a retired neurosurgeon whose passion is nutrition He recommends flavanoids and also Quercetin in conjunction with other products. I like NutriCology because it is reasonably priced and is vegetarian (a big plus).

In addition to Quercetin it also contains Lemon, hesperidin & rutin, I didn't find this clear on theinformation listed on Amazon. I am trying it for arthritis, I heard it helps by acting as an anti inflammatory.

I have been taking Quercetin for several years as a supplement to make my allergy pills work more effectively. Several of my sources have dried up so I was especiall happy to find it on Amazon.

Nothing like taking a supplement and then reading the warning label on the bottle that says "contains lead." Am I unreasonable to find that a bit alarming? I prefer my bioflavinoids to be free of toxins, thanks.

I have 2 severe autoimmune conditions and my Naturopath suggested Quercetin, it has been a life saver as I react to cortisone.

This is a good formula and an affordable price but I wish I would have read the reviews before posting. As another reviewer pointed out this product has a warning on it that it contains lead. Lead is well known to have several harmful effects. Its easy enough to get similar products as this that don't contain lead. I guess I'll finish up the bottle I have, but after that I'm staying away from this brand.
