I have naturally dirty blonde hair and I bought the silver color in this brand. A week before I used this product I lightened my natural hair color even further with bleach and a toner. When I put this color on my head it was a dark purple/grey color. The instructions said to leave on for 15-30 minutes and I left it on for 35. When I rinsed it my hair it was still as blonde as ever. This product, in the silver color at least, is complete crap.

This color is beautiful, and one of my favorites. I've been through my fair share of colorful hair dyes from N'rage to manic panic, to ion brilliance and these star gazer dyes. The color is vibrant so if you want an intense color you won't be disappointed. If you want more of a pastel color you can dilute it with conditioner and it stays true to color. Diluting it, the bottle has covered the ends of my hair (4 inches or so) three times. The color is also great for mixing. The longevity of the color is also great for a semi-permanent dye, lasting me 5 weeks or so (I shower about every other day). I'm running low but planning on buying another bottle soon!

I had high ecpectations when I bought this product because I am in love with stargazer's pink hair dye. Plume starts out as a lovely dark purple but then after a few washes fades into a blue shade. Also stained my hair surrounding the streak I coloured and my pillow case. So I am most likely not going to purhase this colour again. Still better than most semi permanent hair colours from other brands though.

Wonderful dye. 2 bottles was just enough to leave a bit in the bottle for my long hair. Only problem is I change my hair often and this dye does not leave your hair. If you want a pink thatll stay this is for you, but not even a professional was able to get this out after 2 months of clearifying and she even used her strongest bleach. Great dye though, just strong

If you want it to be baby pink you definitely must dilute it. I didn’t do that and my bleached hair looked like a pink highlighter pen. Afte several washes and some lemon juice soaks I got it to that cotton candy pink I was looking for. It lasted for a really long time but as I said my hair was bleached, to the platinum shade. Highly recommend diluting it before putting it in your hair.

Did not turn out the dark purple color. After 1 wash it was more a neon purple... After 2 washes even lighter and pinkish... I'll stick with my splat from now on

My daughter is blond with blond highlights - there’s hardly any pink in her hair. I did the colouring exactly as advised (even extra time before washing). Might work if you’r a truly peroxide white blond. Else don’t buy.

Je souhaite contredire TOUS les avis qui disent de fuir ce produit ! Les cheveux cramés (bon oui mais c'est à cause des 3 décolorations nécessaires pour avoir un résultat, sachant que je partais d'un split hair rouge et noir de base, j'ai décoloré 2 premières fois et j'ai appliqué un flacon entier de manic panic et voyez la seconde photo : une catastrophe) j'ai donc décoloré une 3eme fois avant d'appliquer 2 flacons de cette coloration et le résultat est clairement réussi sur la 3eme photo ! La couleur ne s'éteint pas sur les oreillers, la nuque ou autre (pour ceux ceux pour qui ça a déteint c'est que le rinçage n'était pas bien fait !) Pour ceux qui se plaignent que ça n'a pas pris sur leur cheveux blancs, c'est normal, c'est bien marqué sur l'emballage "ne couvre pas les cheveux blancs", pour ceux sur qui ça n'a pas pris ou qui ont eut un résultat non satisfaisant, il est possible grandement que leur base de cheveux n'était pas assez claire. pour le coup, pour le prix, je commanderais à nouveau et je recommande clairement cette coloration, je ne suis pas déçue et même agréablement surprise après l'échec avec la marque manic panic qui est pourtant une marque réputée et reconnue.

Good product as I expected. After 8 washes, it's gone. :) doesn't leave unwanted color like the blue turning green or a pink turning orange sometimes. It was red until the end 😀

Love these bright funky colours. Easy to use. If you have hair past your shoulders I would recommend getting a few😁

They work very well on porous hair - so if I just did my roots, they do not adhere as well to my roots and ended up a slightly lighter colour than the rest. Can be diluted (I used conditioner), and at 1:6 colour to conditioner, Royal blue turned out a nice mermaid blue/aqua on my bleached platinum hair.The bottles are on the smaller side, but even on my long hair (mid-back), this works out to two applications per bottle, and unlike all the other brands I've tried, MOST of the colour ended up in my hair. It's very vibrant the first time it washes out. Subsequent washes get lighter each time and it gets neon/bright-ish. I haven't had a single brand of semi-permanent "unnatural" colour that sticks around for longer than this.
