Love this compression sock. It reaches hallf way or more up my thigh and does not slide down. Comfortable to wear all day, & a great price!

Bought this for post operative swelling after hip replacement surgery. It was a bit confusing to pick the right size, but going by the provided size chart proved accurate. And, there is no consistency that I have been able to see between different brands of these things. One brand had me at a size M while another one had made a size L and this brand had me at size XXL. Their size codes do not relate to anything else. I'm a 6 ft tall 200 lb guy with medium legs. My measurements put me at an XXL on the chart. I don't wear XXL in anything else so just don't pay much attention to that.Some of these support hose at the stores cost $50 and more. These for the price are an excellent buy. They have a heavy duty construction that seems would be durable for a lot of wear. Very comfortable though offer appropriate compression. Nothing like hose or tights that are thin and flimsy. If I need more of these I will be coming back to this brand and size.

I am 5’8” (1.74m) and I weigh 150lbs. I had hip surgery due to an injury and need to wear compression socks for a month. The pair the hospital provided is already loose so I bought this pair to replace them. I’ve been complimented by my PT and doctor because of the quality and style!!!! Yes, they look awesome!But, as expected from any compression socks, these are hard to put on. However, they stay on. They don’t make me tired, they don’t bother, they aren’t too tight…I would buy a 2nd pair and recommend to friends and family.My size: XL.

The sizes on this are wonky and don't match your personal measurement to the measurement they suggest for the sizes, seems to run on the small size. Got a pair that seemed to fit but as soon as I started to walk in them after surgery found that they slipped down my leg and I was constantly pulling them up. (Which didn't happen with the more expensive compression hose). I was hoping this would be a good replacement, but you get what you pay for apparently.

These thigh highs are very strong and durable. I love the way they fit and they don’t rip very easily.I will buy them over and over.

The dots left burns on one leg that a week later are still there - and I am not allergic to silicone - so it must be production related - I had seen this mentioned in other reviews but then experienced it myself - be careful
