2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse replacement shell was a tight fit, but worked perfectly!
I used this shell to replace the one I had on a 2007 Mitsubishi Eclipse SE and it worked perfect. There may be some stiffness around the trunk button but I managed to get it to work perfect and now the key is good as new!

DO NOT BUY THIS! It is already breaking
It does not have a notch to remove it and doesn't come with instructions. I assembled it, but the buttons are stuck so I can't use the fob and now I can't even open it back up because there's no NOTCH. Just to be clear, the alarm was going off repeatedly because of the stuck buttons.Update: it's crumbling apart. Look at the attached photo. Had to tape the key fob up and it still just cracked apart. Now my key is in the ignition like this.

Great for the money
I dislike this style of key fob but that has nothing to do with the quality of the product. It is a good replacement for broken one.

Bad mold won’t fit the exsisting parts the trunk button doesn’t depress all the way

Great Replacement.
My key looked and felt like absolute trash. Popped it into this one and it works fantastically, and looks just as well! I recommend using just a touch of superglue on the blade part, it helped make it extremely solid, although not needed.

The new buttons get stuck lol
I dislike that the new buttons get stuck once you press on them. Especially the panic button lol

Some small adjustments may be necessary for existing fob to fit securely into fob cover
The price is great and at first the assembly was simple and easy to follow. Once the fob cover body was ready for the final step, the buttons would not press against the existing electronic fob piece therefore I could not lock/or unlock/ or use any of the buttons. After removing the electronic fob (which came with my vehicle), filing/sanding the inside of the buttons on the fob cover was necessary to allow the space needed for the buttons to function as normal. Easy adjustment but a note on the instructions mentioning that such adjustments may be necessary would have been a “good to know” bit of information. Otherwise the fob cover works fine.

Doesn't fit right
The buttons are not able to be pressed once everything is back together. All the buttons are held down at once. Bad fitment of pieces.
