A: It will be highly depend on what carrier you will use. Sony Xperia would support Sub-6 5G only, since in USA, we use mmwave, so, we will not have a real 5G. However, Sony phone support CAT19, you can get LTE-Advance(4.5G in T-Mobile, 5Ge in ATT) about 250Mbps dl and 150Mbps up, already super fast. 
By and large, it is not 5G technically in USA but it is 5G ready.
