This is the BEST pasta! I am not even a pasta fan, but this brand makes it with flour and salt only! I can now understand why people love pasta when it’s this good!

Great pastas

We always have this pasta along with other types of pasta made by the same brand. I love that you can just quickly make some pasta using this and a RAO sauce for lunch or dinner. Literally anyone can make tasty simple pasta just using those two ingredients. You can also add to it for more flavor, like garlic and proteins or basil.

Rao's pasta is authentic Italian pasta extruded through bronze dies. This produces a rough outer surface that better captures the sauce. Rao's pasta is almost blonde in color indicating that it's slow dried. Slow drying allows the gluten in the dough to remain almost completely unchanged making it easier for our bodies to break down and absorb. Less expensive pasta appears slightly orange as it's subjected to heat during the drying process.
